Frequently asked.

Is this one freelancer with a better title?
No. We do not take freelance work and we do not bill by the hour. You buy a specified deliverable at a fixed price, and Product Builders carries the delivery, not the individual.
How do you price it?
Every deliverable is specified and priced before any work starts. The first one lands within six weeks. Each following component is quoted the same way, so you always know the next number before you commit to it.
What if the builder falls ill, or the fit is wrong?
Another one takes over, at the price and the date already agreed. There are several product builders in our group, and because complete, current documentation is part of every deliverable rather than something written up at the end, the work is legible to whoever picks it up. You contracted a result, so the result is what we owe you, not a particular person's calendar.
Who pays for the AI tokens?
You do, at cost. We buy them directly from the provider and pass the invoice through without a margin. The tooling is the reason this is fast, so it should never be the thing anyone rations.
Is AI‑written code safe to run?
That is what the ten years are for. A builder who cannot tell good output from bad is a liability with any tool. Ours judge scalability, security and architecture before anything reaches your repository, and they answer for it.
Can our own people learn to work like this?
Yes, and we would rather they did. Put a senior with seven or more years of experience next to the builder for the length of the project. After six to twelve months on real work they can run it themselves. We think the organisations learning this now are the ones that matter in five years.
Who owns what you build?
You do, on payment. Code, designs and documentation transfer to you. Complete, current documentation is part of every delivery rather than a separate quote.
Where are your builders based?
In the Netherlands. Onshore, in your timezone, and in your office when that helps.
