Senior, broad, and accountable.
Not a junior who uses AI to go faster, and not a generalist who can do a bit of everything. Someone whose experience tells them which AI output is good and which is not, and who takes responsibility for what they ship.
10+ years, broad
Not a specialist in one stack. Someone who has seen the whole technical chain and can judge it.
A GitHub you use
Own projects, a visible history. We read the commits, not the summary.
A recent AI project
Show it, do not describe it. We want to see what you built and how you steered the tooling.
No buffer needed
You take a vague problem and turn it into a shipping product without waiting for anyone to write the ticket.
02 — What you get
Real projects, a fifth day, no timesheets.
Work
Projects with a fixed price and a fixed date. No hourly contracting, no timesheets, no bench.
Rhythm
Four days a week on the client's project. The fifth is for knowledge sharing, experiments and the work we publish.
Onboarding
You start on the Close platform, over a million users, before you go near a client. Learning by doing, on something that matters.
Rate
Excellent, and it rises as the tooling makes you faster. We do not sell your hours, so we have no reason to count them.
03 — How we hire
Three conversations and one paid day.
01 · Intro
Thirty minutes on what you have built and what you want to build next.
02 · Code walk
You walk us through two things you built, including the AI project. We ask the hard questions.
03 · A paid day
At least one paid day working alongside a builder on a live project. This is the part that decides it.
04 · Offer
If the day lands, we make an offer. Your first project starts within two weeks.
